Kashmir -7 Nights & 8 Days

Day 01:    Arrival / Srinagar*
Meet upon arrival at Srinagar Airport and transfer to Hotel/ Houseboat. After a little relax you take a Shikara ride (Optional) on Dal Lake, where you visit the floating vegetable gardens & Open Dal Lake. While riding the Shikara’s there are plenty of opportunities for bird watching with plentiful species including Kingfisher, Little Bittern, Common Pariah Kites, Grebe etc. Dinner and overnight in  Hotel.

Day 02: Srinagar  Local Sight Seeing*

After breakfast visit local sightseeing to see *Mughal Gardens ie – Nishat (Garden of pleasure), Shalimar Garden (Abode of Love), Chashmeshahi (Royal spring), also visit Shankaracharya Temple. Evening free for personal activities. Dinner and overnight stay at Srinagar at Hotel.

Day 03: Srinagar / Sonmarg / Srinagar (85 Kms One Way)*

After breakfast, proceed to Sonmarg, the Meadow of Gold, to enjoy the scenic beauty & the abundance of snow. Arrival at Sonmarg and enjoy pony ride to visit Thajiwas Glacier by hired Pony/ jeep to see and enjoy snow. Return to Srinagar in the evening, Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel at Srinagar.

*Day 04: Srinagar – Gulmarg. (55 Kms One Way)*

After breakfast proceeds to Gulmarg “Meadow of Flowers” The charming hill resort is 56 Kms from Srinagar at an altitude of 2730 Mts. The route from Srinagar to Gulmarg is lined with towering popular trees and the distance is covered in 02 hours approx. Gulmarg was once called Gauri Marg in honour of Gauri, Lord Shiva’s wife. Its name changed in 1581 A.D by king Yusuf Shah, a regular summer visitor. The Mughal Emperor Jahangir once collected 21 different kinds of flowers here. Gulmarg offers a magnificent view of Nanga Parbat, one of the highest mountains in the world and is an excellent winter sports center. It also is the highest green golf course in the world), explore the beauty of the meadow of flower, at your own, enjoy cable car ride {Gondola] pony ride, sledge ride & skiing. Dinner and overnight stay in Hotel at Gulmarg.

Day 05: GULMARG –PAHALGAM (140 Kms)*

After breakfast leave Gulmarg and proceed to Pahelgam “Valley of Shepherds”. Pahelgam is situated in the picturesque Lidder Valley and lies 96 Kms from Srinagar by road. 7,200 ft. (2,134 m.) above sea level, it is famous for its beautiful scenery, flora and fauna, springs and streams. It is also the base for treks to the higher mountains, On the way to Pahalgam see Saffron Fields, Kashmir Bat Factory, Awantipur Ruins.  Dinner and Overnight stay in Hotel at Pahalgam

Day 06 :  Pahalgam*
After break fast free for explore the on of the very popular tourist spot in Kashmir Valley-Pahalgam. Pahalgam is also Known as “Valley of Sepherds”. On this morning you are free for enjoy pony ride to visit Baisaran Valley, Mini Switzerland, Drap Village ETC (Own)to see the original beauty of Pahalgam. Afternoon hire a vehicle and proceed for visit Chandanwari (Gateway of Amarnath) ,Betab Valley (Famous for its beauty and Suiting point of Hindi Movie- Betaab (First movie of Bollywood Actor Sunny Deol and MinakshiSheshadri) and Aru Valley – Famous spot for Treker.

Dinner & overnight stay at Pahalgam.

*Day 07: Pahagam–Srinagar*
This morning enjoy the sunrise from your hotel window and after breakfast check out from  hotel of Pahalgam and proceed for Srinagar. Evening arrival at Srinagar and Check in at Houseboat. Dinner and Overnight stay at Srinagar.

*Day 08:Fly Out*

After breakfast proceed to Airport to board flight for onward journey to your sweet home. Tour ends with sweet memories.
