Day 1 – Arrival in Guwahati | Transfer to Guwahati Hotel
Arrive Guwahati airport and get assisted by our representative. Transfer to Guwahati hotel. Check-in the hotel, after freshen up / lunch proceed for Kamakhya Temple Darshan , later on visit ‘Kalakshetra’ for you to offer Assamese history and culture is presented through Light and sound show. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 2 – Guwahati | Transfer to Bhalukpong (252 Kms / 6 hrs.)
Arrive breakfast transfer to Bhalukpong which is at the border of the states of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh and a place of enthralling scenic beauty. Check-in the hotel and enjoy your evening at leisure. Overnight at Bhalukpong.
Day 3 – Drive to Dirang (140 kms / 7 hrs.) | Dirang Sightseeing
After breakfast transfer to Dirang. On the way, visit Tipi On the banks of the river Bharali at an elevation of 190 mtrs is Tipi, an orchidarium with over 500 orchids. Continue your drive and take a break to
visit Nag temple. Do not forget to keep your cameras handy as you cross beautiful waterfalls and get some spectacular views. Check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Dirang.
Day 4 – Transfer to Tawang
Rise and enjoy your breakfast. Drive to Tawang, the Land of Hidden Paradise. On the way, visit Sela Pass (13700 Ft) and Sela Lake, which is frozen most of the time. On another drive to 10 km, visit Jaswantgarh War Memorial. Later, take a visit to Nuranng Falls. Check in to your hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Tawang.
Day 5 – Tawang Local Sightseeing
Wake up with a sumptuous breakfast. After breakfast visit Tawang Monastery and Urgeling Gompa ( 6th Dalai Lama’s birth place). Visit the craft centre in Tawang that sells beautiful masks, hand woven carpets, jewelry in silver, coral and amber. Spend you evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Tawang.
Day 6 – Tawang to Madhuri Lake & Bumla pass Excursion (Optional) (2 hr 24 min (52.6 km) via Bum La Road)
Wake up with a sumptuous breakfast. After breakfast visit The Bum La Pass is a border pass between Tibet’s Cona County and India’s Tawang district in Arunachal Pradesh. It is 37 km away from the India-administered town of Tawang and 43 km from the China-administered Tsona Dzong town in Cona County in Tibet. The pass currently serves as a trading point between Tawang and Tibet. It is also an agreed Border Personnel Meeting point for the security forces of China and India.
En-route visit The Sangestar Tso, formerly called Shonga-tser Lake and popularly known as the Madhuri Lake, is located on the way from Tawang to Bum La Pass in Tawang district of Arunachal Pradesh,
Day 7 – Transfer to Bomdila (180 kms / 8 hrs.)
Have your breakfast in the morning. After breakfast transfer to Bomdila (8,200 ft.).On arrival check in to the hotel. Later visit Gontse Rabgyaling Monastery (Upper Gompa), Thub-Chog Gatsel Ling Monastery (Lower Gonpa) and Bomdila View Point. In Evening, you can visit the local market and enjoy at your leisure.Overnight stay at Bomdila.
Day 8 – Transfer to Guwahati (330 kms / 8-9 hrs.)
After Breakfast transfer to Guwahati. On arrival check in at your hotel. Stay at Guwahati Hotel.
Day 9 – Hotel to Guwahati Airport
Start your day early with breakfast. Check out from hotel; proceed for last minute purchase of souvenir or memento. Transfer to Guwahati Airport. Journey End.
